12 Live Group Training Sessions (1 per week): Sessions are 45 minutes, focused on bodyweight and strength training.
Access to On-Demand Workout Library: A variety of dumbbell-based workouts to complement your live sessions.
Optional Add-Ons:
Customized Workout Plan Design: £15/month (for 3 months).
4-Week Meal Plan: £15 (Choose from Pescatarian, Clean Diet, or Paleo).
