WHO SHOULD USE AN ONLINE TRAINER?

People who are prepared to accept responsibility for finishing the workout on their own, who want the flexibility of working out whenever and wherever they choose, and who want to save money but yet want the assistance of a trainer will benefit most from the online training environment.

DO I NEED EQUIPMENT TO DO YOUR WORKOUTS?

No. I design programs taking into account your training location and available equipment. I can design a program to meet your needs whether you like to use body weight only, have no equipment, want to train outside, have a home gym, or plan to visit a gym.

WHAT’S YOUR APPROACH?

I'm not a lieutenant in the drill. I prefer collaboration over intimidation. I'm direct but supportive. I always attempt to maintain a professional yet kind atmosphere while also offering words of encouragement.

HOW DO PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS WORK?

Payments: PayPal is used to submit payments. All services have ongoing payments unless they are discontinued. Through your PayPal account, you can cancel at any moment. After you do, there won't be any more fees, but you'll still be able to use the account until the conclusion of the current payment cycle. Refunds: Each situation is examined individually when it comes to refunds.

HOW MANY TIMES PER WEEK DO I NEED TO TRAIN?

WILL I SEE RESULTS?

Depending on their goals, most customers exercise two to four times a week.

While you will likely see benefits after two or three weeks of beginning the program, you will feel results right away.
