Who I Am
I’m Gift McLaren, one of London’s only sub-11-second sprinter-trainers, with over 10 years helping clients transform their health and physique, even after decades of struggle.
From competing in national athletics to caregiving for my disabled niece, I’ve seen both ends of the human performance spectrum. And I’ve learned that change isn’t about willpower, it’s about systems, empathy, and execution.
