I’m Gift McLaren and I’m the personal trainer who will help you finally get the results you’ve been chasing.
I’ve always been fascinated by the human body and experience and I had a thirst for unlocking its potential.
In my pursuit, I’ve experienced my own potential, with a successful career in a treble-winning football team, and competing at the national level in sprinting.
At the same time, I invested much of my time as a caregiver to my disabled niece.
Having both of those experiences taught me some incredible things about the human ability to transform.
That ability is triggered by trauma, but best nurtured with empathy, understanding, actionable guidance, and resilience.
It’s for that reason that I focus on an entirely holistic approach to fitness.
One that encompasses the physical actions and transformations necessary while giving ample room and support for the internal transformations necessary.
