No, you don’t need a gym membership. We are a small private studio gym in Hardwick Square SW18, and the only fees will be for your training and any other services you choose.

Not at all. Many clients start with no gym experience or while recovering from injuries. Whether you’re a beginner or returning to fitness, we’re here to help you reach your goals. I’ve worked with mothers, athletes, couples, and corporate professionals. Each journey is unique, requiring a tailored approach. Success depends on strong communication and your commitment. With your effort, we can achieve the desired results together.
I'VE TRIED EVERY DIET PN THE MARKET NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK. HOW CAN YOU HELP ME?
My main approach is nutrition coaching, which works with your current habits to make small changes that lead to better habits and your desired outcomes. I also offer plans for those who prefer structured guidance. However, I advocate for a more holistic, long-term change rather than extreme diets. Quick results from extreme diets can be harder to maintain, so my focus is on sustainable changes that help you keep the pounds off for good.
WHAT MAKES YOUR ONLINE/HYBRID COACHING UNIQUE?
It has been demonstrated that working with a personal trainer can help you achieve your fitness and health objectives more quickly and efficiently. Your excellent personal trainer will be passionate about assisting individuals just like you in not just realizing but surpassing their whole potential! WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS?
Choose between traditional package-based personal training or a mix of virtual/1-1 with independent training billed monthly. Clients seeking more independence typically opt for fewer in-person sessions, using the app for ongoing support

Basic requirements include a phone or iPad, good Wi-Fi connectivity, and a small space for training. If joining group classes, access to dumbbells and bands is ideal. For in-person sessions at the gym, additional equipment will be available.
