Through years of dedicated training, I achieved significant milestones in athletics, from being a treble-winning football team member to competing at national levels in sprinting.


My understanding of fitness extends beyond physical prowess; it's about the intricate balance of mind and body. As a caregiver for my disabled niece, I've navigated the complexities of family, work, and personal goals.
